myecohubs delivery times have not changed due to COVID-19.
COVID-19 virus is regarded as a national emergency by the government of the Republic of Ireland. In response to this our courier has commissioned a dedicated response team to guide to all their employees and franchisees through precautionary measures to limit potential exposure to the virus. Fastway courier has implemented the highest compliance standards and have ensured that all couriers and staff are trained and equipped to operate to the highest sanitation and hygiene levels. Fastway’s response team raised their emergency response level, which now includes a contactless delivery protocol to reduce the potential contamination of hand-held scanning devices. These measures have been introduced to ensure they can continue to offer a smooth and controlled delivery service.

We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed on the same if not the following day of the order.
Once the order is processed nationwide Delivery may take 2-5 working days from dispatch. On a very rare occasions orders may take more than 5 days to deliver, but will notify you of a delay. Bank and Public Holidays may delay delivery times by 1-2 Days.
Orders to the UK & EU are subject to location. To find out if Myecohub ships to you send us an email @ firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (excluding cost of delivery) as long as the new item is unopened and it is within 7 days of the delivery date.
In an unlikely event you receive an incorrect or defective item, We will offer to refund, repair or replace the item. In the event of a refund we will cover the cost of the return postage and you should expect a full refund (Refunds on a defective item must be processed within 30 days). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper.
In the event the item is being repaired or replaced we will resend the item as soon as we receive the defective item. If a fault develops after the initial two-month period has already elapsed, the consumer may be asked to prove that the fault was not caused by misuse.
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email at email@example.com stating what the item is, why you wish to return it and when you purchased it. We will then email you instructions on how to return it to us to get your refund.
Sometimes an item may become out-of-stock in which case we will either part-ship your order or wait a short time for the remaining product/s to come back into stock before shipping. We will inform you in either case and you will only be charged for one delivery.
